Turtles in peoples homes aren't typically the oldest of turtles, so they've been around technology their whole turtle lives
Turtles in the sewers of new York only see discarded technology that can fit down a storm drain. Which is imagine is older technology of low value. Or the occasional cellphone. But again they aren't going to understand the internet like a young house turtle would, (who grew up with it)
So id say there is a bit of overlap, but if you draw a venn diagram with tech savvy, turtles, and old age, the crossover of all three is a lot smaller than you'd think initially
