it can't actually be illegal right? I know this is in the USA but like please say sike

Looking at the stadium on Google satellite maps. There is no pedestrian access from the nearby hotels to the stadium. The stadium and its surrounding park are only connected by highways and off-ramps. So there is no safe foot path at all.
