Tanjiro has an easy training session with Tokito, the Fog Hashira.

But talk about a poor instructor, where's the positive criticism?

Yeah Tokito, we know you're a Hashira and can beat up the average DSC grunt, but how are you making them better?

It just illustrates that high levels of skill, does not equal the ability to coach others to the same of skill.

It's certainly true in major sports, where many talented players just instinctively do things without the understanding of how to pass those skills onto others, and subsequently fail as coaches and managers.

But hey, let's do some team bonding over paper airplanes!
