Just a casual question, because I might (or might not) have just a few cancelled projects due to it being out of date, or I just no longer motivated/interested enough to work on them. But I might also bring back and start to work on some long-announced updates (like the massive database update on my welcome page copy collection page) which I'm not deciding to cancel it because I left some copy-collecting automation behind for so long and I kind of wanted to drop them into the page soon.

~~I think we should create a separate post and then reference this post as a correlation to that post. With that I could keep the question form getting away and buried through when I could still wonder about it.~~

Maybe I think we should keep this post related to cancelled projects and merge that post with this one.

I have some plans from a few weeks ago that have left in my notes unexecuted, but I still find it worth working on that at a later time, so I wanted to save it for another moment/announcement.

But for now, I am currently in a very unstable situation and haven't been able to do my recent plans very well lately, and I'm currently treating myself to get better and better as I was optimistic enough to release the 2.0.20.0 update of my generator hub page just a few days after it hit 10.0k views, so the break could take a bit of an extra time until I can fully recover again. But at least I won't be cutting this entire series of generator updates into a whole new season again, unless I'm planning on another 9-month takeoff just like last time.

Nevertheless, I'll describe it much more when I release the 20k special announcement really soon (and I am currently getting to prioritize on that over my other business and wasn't really able to do that in the past).

Thoughts of this @[email protected] @[email protected] @[email protected] and others?

My take, you should actually focus on your life. If you are optimistic and certain that you can fix most of your problem since birth, you really should give your life more attention. Problems from the past often linger and follow you back, so you really should fix them; otherwise they will indeed follow you in to the future. Also, your health is more important than your work, so take better care of yourself.

I once left for a month, but people were worried so I think you should at least make an announcement if you are indeed planning to leave for an exceptional amount.

Yeah, you and @[email protected] got that point. My waves of emotions have been going up and down very recently, sometimes there were times I was very excited to work for one thing, and there were also times where I got really down because I haven't been able to do it just in time even when I wanted to. For example, I originally wanted to bring the 2.0.20.1 update much earlier around March to April with the background change which is something I really wanted to release because the generator hub page hitting that 15.0k views milestone. But that hasn't been realized until now due to several things, so then I released a follow-up 2.0.20.0.3 update that introduces the early background change. I should also probably bring up a "content calendar" or something to avoid situations like that.

But yeah, I myself, as a growing man, should probably allocate more time to evaluate for myself and my environment while continuing to tinker in for the generator updates once in a while. The 20.0k views announcement will talk a lot more about that, there'll going to be some other internal updates too, not just the gap increase in-between the generator updates and usual. And, as a bit of a reliever, I will only release one generator update left for this month - the Generator Manager 2.0.20.1 update, before I can finally take a full relieve from the generator updating business. 😌

I would say stabilize yourself situation first. No need to rush anything.
