Found at a tram stop in Helsinki. I don't know what this is all about. Probably meant to be funny "Praise your Satan" but what does gluten have to do with it?

Can someone help me figure this one out?

It's a pun, Seitan is an east Asian ingredient often used as a meat alternative. It's made by taking a flour and water dough and rinsing it until all the excess flour/starch is gone, leaving just the gluten behind. It's often roasted or fried like meat. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seitan
