MODERATORS
On a positive note if this game does die in it's first few quarters, Rocksteady will have mass layoffs so the shareholders can still make the line go up.
Until there's a systemic change that creates genuine pain for the decision makers that are shielded from consequence when these failures happen, this will continue to be a story we hear every few months (or at least once a quarter if I'm being genuine in my cynicism).
The best part is that even if the game were a huge success they'd still probably have a mass layoff to boost executive bonuses.
Ex: Hasbro/Larian Studios
I see this as an absolute win! Make live service games fail!
