Plot developments moved at an uncomfortably fast clip this episode.

It turns out Yogiri is claiming he's only a "bug killer" as a cover for his true instant death powers.

Dannoura gets her black catsuit costume that we see in the OP.

Another evil classmate killed, this time by Ayaka Shinozaki, a classmate who was abandoned to die at the bus, but who turns out to be a cyborg who was developed to replace humans if Yogiri killed all the humans in the old world.

The tone of this episode was fairly serious compared to previous episodes.

Because of how disposable every character is in this show, they have so many it's hard for me to keep up.

I am enjoying it, but its hard to remember names. I hope this isn't one of hi-dive shows that just never gets a dub, so I can rewatch and gleam some more character from a 2nd viewing.

Don't worry too much about the names. Characters dropping like flies is a given, due to the premise - even if the MC doesn't kill them, it's that kind of a world, fish eating smaller fish and MC being the blue whale saying "I'll eat only the krill" on a whim.
