Our tap lines are quite long. I typically do a recirculating cycle of pbc and then an acid cycle.

Is there anything I can do afterwards to fix this issue?

How long does it stay foamy for? Like just the first pour or is it indefinitely?

Not indefinitely, but it's not done after the first pour. Usually clears up after a day or so. We have three tap towers all hooked up to the same kegs/servers split at a manifold in the cooler pushed with a CO2 nitrogen blend.

Are the lines glycol chilled? If not it might be that the beer is warming up on its way to the tap given the long length of lines after running hot cleaner through them.

Yes they are chilled. Along with the towers
