Influencers are just fleshy advertising boards.

Let's not worry about them throwing their toys out of the pram.

Since when has exclusivity been a boon for gamers?

I think they're upset that they'll have to compete with ps5 "influencers" for content that was once exclusive to them, or something stupid and modern age like that

Influencers and streamers make me feel old and out of touch.. the appeal is totally lost on me.

Some streamers are pretty good, I'll go through phases where I put some on in the background once in a while. They're rare though the vast majority I also don't understand.

Using them as background entertainment makes way more sense to me than the people closely watching/commening on them. I like to put things on YouTube while I do the dishes or something.

Totally random, but lately I've been watching Craigslist hunter when doing chores or eating something. It's like pawn stars but not scripted reality TV. See some neat stuff and it's oddly wholesome.

That seems pretty dumb to me. Why be pro exclusivity? Yeah it might not give Xbox a big advantage but it means more competition.

I feel like a lot of this is becoming more and more irrelevant considering PC handhelds are gaining popularity. We are frequently seeing once console exclusive games like Days Gone or The Last of Us becoming available on PC.

I don't think they are. They're just mad that they bought Xbox for exclusive games and now anyone can buy them. Honestly it's on them as much as it is MS. Don't buy exclusives. Don't let shitty OEMs strongarm you into investing in stupid anti-consumer ecosystems.

Yeah. It reminds me of pre-ordering games. Buying something for an uncertain future based off of marketing material and prior trends versus something concrete and in the present

God this is all so silly. Imagine getting mad that more people can enjoy the games you like

Influencer means bad person

So are you surprised that xbox bad person would be mad at that?

First world problems 🤷‍♂️

You know how cool it is that we can play games with friends that don’t have the same console? That may now happen with Microsoft games too. 🫤

The name "Klobrille" being german for "toilet seat" doesn't help with taking the opinion of an "Xbox-Influencer" seriously.
