Hey. I’m a master electrician. I have this customer who is demanding special maestro dimmers when we spec for normal dimmers. He has also been a very very condescending in group texts as well as very demanding towards everyone on the job in a group text

My normal procedure is get half down do the rough get rough payment and then do final trim out when painting is done and cabinets are installed

He has been on my ass for months prior to that

I’m also arguing with him about the maestro dimmers which were never specified by him. Normal dimmers is what we only spoke about

I also normally get full Pmnt for any change orders after the fact prior to any work being done. This is normal practice, as I know it to be

Also floor heat, my job(as it has always been) is to run the circuit place the floor mat down. Not to thinset the floor heat as I am not a flooring guy. Do you guys normally do the thinset or floor leveler for that?

I’m an just asking for advice and how to handle this difficult customer
