Basement currently has 2 bulb sockets that don't provide enough light. Thinking of converting it to LED tube lights.

So I find it scary working with electric wires. Trying to replace with a fixture that would just need a tube/bulb replaced when the light burns out.

Would 4' LED tube lights & double-ended non-ballast LED tombstones be a good candidate?

Any negatives I should be aware of?

Note - LED strip fixtures appear to be too much work - when they burn out, will need to mess with wires again.

Thanks in advance!
