Any electrical contractors out there ever built a ground up McDonald’s? I’ve been assigned one to bid and there’s a hell of a lot of electric in a tiny building. How many man hours did you burn? How much did you have in it? I’m almost embarassed to send my number to my boss because it surely can’t be right. It can’t cost that much to build this small of a place Also they’re demanding a 120 calendar day timeline for a ground up so my mind instantly sees 50 guys from all different trades standing nuts to butts like a bunch of fish in a net. It will be the worst porn ever made. If it’s an inappropriate question let me know, not trying to steal anyone’s work, just genuinely concerned that I’ve suddenly forgotten how to estimate after a decade of doing just that. Thanks in advance
