Guys I m 21 ryt now and just like everyone in this age group all I do everyday is watching porn , jerking, procrastinating things each and everyday . I need to make this year better by avoiding the mistakes I did in my past .

Can anyone help me with my problems? Need to improve my focus , concentration and my habits
