What’s going on guys. So I have a trick many of you may find helpful.
Many people talk about completely detoxing from social media and content, but I’m not sure it’s such a good idea.
If I wasn’t able to follow these channels and resources I don’t think I would have progressed to where I am today.

Instead of cutting it out completely. Do these things.
Train the algorithm to change based on your goals. For example I only like content that’s about productivity and discipline on Instagram so when I go on my for you page that’s all I see.. you can do that on almost all platforms.
When I go on Instagram it acts as a motivator to me instead of a time waster. So whatever your goals are.. only like content based on them.
Be proactive in unfollowing or muting accounts that don’t serve your goals. This way, you’re not just passively consuming; you’re actively shaping your online environment to support your growth.
Another great thing that helps is to set specific times for social media. This helps in creating a healthy balance. Maybe dedicate a short period in the morning or evening for catching up.
I personally time block. Work for 40 minutes take 15 minute breaks. This allows me to get those times in during my breaks
Hope this helps.
