when will i go back to normal after fentanyl addiction

my face changed, i'm sunken in and my eyes are dark. i get depressed so easily and i forget things almost instantly. its affecting my job and personal life even though i am 9 months sober. i was addicted on&off for ~6 months. i feel like im not myself. i'm 19 edits female if that means anything
