Hello, i search sth that help me in times when I dont feel like to do anything productive... Of course, coffee helps, but tolerance creep up very quickly... Same with kratom (which is even more dangerous)...
Then I heard about bunch of herbs/supplements/substances that people claim it helps with motivation, like: rhodiola rosea, ginkgo biloba, bacopa moniery, good b-complex, various amino-acids (eg. tyrosine, theanine or tryptophan) etc., fish oil, tulsi tea etc.. But in this department mileage greatly vary...
I cant believe: Is there really no (legal and at least relatively cheap) substance that increases motivation as reliably as coffee? It seems to me that everything else is hit or miss (considering how many brands make each supplement and how different their quality is, it can take years to figure out what (besides coffee) works for them (when we're talking about increasing motivation)... I'm looking for a "shortcut"...
