Hey! I'm a senior in high school going into college soon, and I was looking for some advice from people in the corporate world.

I wanted to ask, what would you say are skills you can start developing in college that will make you stand out in a job environment? (Ex. Communication, Writing, etc.)

Skills other than simply just being good at the job you do? My post-college plan is to try and climb the corporate ladder once I graduate with a bachelors and maybe a masters later on if needed. As I know this is a really daunting and hard task, I came here looking for advice.
