Most of my content is following linchpin so that's what I post. I'll try to add more variety from other sources as well

Programming:

  • Local Gym - always the recommendation for a beginner as long as budget is not a limiting factor
  • Home/Open Gym Options
    • CrossFit Linchpin
      • The programming I follow. Run by former Navy Seal Pat Sherwood, focuses on general physical preparedness with great variety. You'll have heavy lifting days, various metcon training, and yes you'll run. Has a great online based community in a private Facebook group. Runs on the beyond the whiteboard software which is high quality. Workouts can be viewed for free on Instagram but the private track includes warm ups, stretching, accessory work, and tons of scaling options (including minimal or no equipment) for every workout.
    • Street Parking
      • For most, the missing piece of the fitness puzzle is consistency. We aim to help you change that. Convenience breeds consistency. The Street Parking program has been designed to provide those with limited time, space, or equipment the tools they need to make fitness a part of their daily life.
