I currently work from home and have been financially struggling so I was applying for jobs outside the house. Didn't go so well and I gave up for a bit.
Problem is I'm now on a weird sleep schedule I can't seem to fix. 11am-7pm and up all night. I need to get back to regular hours to continue applying for new jobs but for some reason cant. It's like all my willpower is gone.
I don't know why I'm stuck like this and can't even budge it a few hours a day to slowly go back. I did stay up one day but then slept like 12 hours to literally end up on the same sleep schedule sleeping all day again.
What is wrong with me, I need to apply for new jobs and get going but I'm like paralyzed with zero motivation to even get sleeping at night again.
Really need advice I'm stuck.
