That makes it look good!

The Studio Trigger-like aesthetic and motion looked great.

The striped aliens look like Dada aliens from Ultraman

Toku in general, the rubber suits don't fully do justice to the concept art a lot of the time.

That's why I was so disappointed Kaiju N8 essentially defaulted all its monsters designs to "reptile/humanoid with rough one-colour skin with exposed teeth and slit eyes" or Godzilla knockoffs.
