I think you did the quotes backwards. All your replies are greyed out like you quoted from the website and the stuff you quoted from the website is the normal color of typing in a post.

They're quoting the scammer in a pretend conversation where the scammer reads their own website rules and provides subtext for the terms.

My favorite part is that they check a box that says they live within the USA. How can you be a citizen of the world and live in the USA at the same time? 😂

You’d have to identify your property as “not part of the US”
