I'm guessing they did something to have the kitchen sauce them like this.
10000% this was either an employee making a joke or some teenager who thought they were hilarious and told the kitchen to make that
The answer is always malicious compliance.
Or they got home and thought of it
Yea, they explicitly ordered it like this after dreaming up the joke in the shower so they could post it to social media.
Yeah, they ordered a customization during the lunch rush.
Or the person ordering made a huge fucking deal out of them not putting enough on
