Also our cosmopolitan ways. We're connected to Europe and the rest of the world, while Norway and Sweden just sit isolated in a corner, with nothing but darkness and rocks for company. It's to be expected they'd grow resentful, and we do not blame them for it. They have our pity, not our scorn.

kor00j4Finland didn't have "vikings" in the Scandinavian sense, since they were a Uralic people. Of course Iceland did, that is correct, afaik Iceland was settled by Norsemen from Norway who wanted to escape the authority of the king

korbi4lAs much as I love the Danes relaxed relationship with Alcohol, it would not work in Norway. Trust me on that, most of us drink to get shitfaced.

korfe8yHave you seen the nightlife in Denmark? Copenhagen alone is basically floating on booze. Sure we might have more alcohol pairings with food but I reckon that is also because of the prices. Most of the youth drinks to the point of "what the fuck happened last night", it doesn't change much with age it's just tolerance building up.
