As much as I love the Danes relaxed relationship with Alcohol, it would not work in Norway. Trust me on that, most of us drink to get shitfaced.

Have you seen the nightlife in Denmark? Copenhagen alone is basically floating on booze. Sure we might have more alcohol pairings with food but I reckon that is also because of the prices. Most of the youth drinks to the point of "what the fuck happened last night", it doesn't change much with age it's just tolerance building up.
