Finland didn't have "vikings" in the Scandinavian sense, since they were a Uralic people. Of course Iceland did, that is correct, afaik Iceland was settled by Norsemen from Norway who wanted to escape the authority of the king

The Varangian guad were made up of people from present day Sweden traveling through Russia to the black sea
