What's the name of it?
It consisted of bread, hummus, scrambled eggs, and different toppings, such as pickles or cress.
Such an interesting combination, I’d love to try it.
Should not be that hard I guess, buy bread and different toppings and prepare scrambled eggs. 😋
You might be onto something there… 😉
What style pickles were they? I can see the brightness from the vinegar in the pickles as well as the lemon in the hummus working well with everything, it’s just a combination I’ve never considered before. I say this as I just made my family eggs benedict last night after putting a good squeeze of lemon into my hollandaise sauce like I’ve never had eggs with acid before lolol
Well that was weird, Memmy showed my reply on another post so I deleted it so I guess I’ll retype it 😅
I think you’re onto something here 😉
What kind of pickles were they? I can see the acidity of the vinegar in the pickles as well as the lemon in the hummus working well with the dish. I of course say this after I just made my family eggs benedict last night, putting a hearty squeeze of lemon into my hollandaise, like I’ve never had acid/citrus with my eggs before lolol
