Hmm. This sounds like something Eliyahu would say but I can't find a good source for it. This story appears to have originated in an Erdogan-controlled newspaper (Sabah) before spreading to this Erdogan-controlled news organization (Anadolu Agency) and an Iranian propaganda network (Press TV).

I can't think of a good reason why local Israeli radio is being covered exclusively by Turkish news media or why this would be so poorly covered when past statements by Eliyahu and other recent statements by Smotrich and Ben-Gvir were so well covered. Past statements by ministers on 103FM have been covered by credible news organizations (ex. al-Jazeera) and this is supposed to have happened two days ago.

I think that, at least for this conflict, aa seems like a questionable source.

Update: Eliyahu was in the press for saying horrific shit both yesterday and today. Both stories speak about his past statements. Neither mention this, which would have been his most recent.
