I get that. I'm just saying that, for as long as I can remember, NASA has been making announcements about returning to the moon. Is it somehow more difficult now than it was in '67?

Yes, yes it IS harder to work internationally than to work within a single well funded entity like old '67 NASA. What a brilliant observation!

I can't tell if you're joking. I'm referring to NASA it seems that every year there is announcement about returning to the moon five years from now. I can remember the same announcements being made in '95 when I was a kid.
