A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.
Rules
- All posts must be showerthoughts
- The entire showerthought must be in the title
- Avoid politics

To be fair, that's everyday. People don't limit their firework usage to the Fourth.
Always some going off in early July and late June.
For real. Round these parts we get mortars going off for about a week surrounding literally any holiday.
Don't you have laws? Fireworks are only legal to the public for the new year in most of France.
Those laws are handled by individual states, and all states’ laws are not equally sane.
And even within those states, different cities have different rules
