How do I go about reporting an online pedophile? I only have his face picture. He says he's not from USA but from his writing style and the terms he use I think he is. Pls don't flood the post with questions about the story, I will make a full report to the authorities.

Reporting is good, but don't expect immediate action. At least, that's how it is with cyber crime. They need solid, water proof evidence (they basically need to catch them in the act) to catch someone and unless you can povide that, they'll likely just put it in a folder. Unless that folder get's pretty substantial (when others report this person too) not much more will happen untill there is time, money and reason to investgate it further.

This is my experience though with cybercrime, maybe they're more actionable with pedophiles. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
