Is it normal to have several ideas, and have my interests change everyday? (lemmy.fmhy.ml)

So i get many ideas but i never do them and my interests change everyday which can be annoying.

Today my interest is some sort of video creation like maybe doing something on odysee or youtube but idk i hav eno ideas beyound that. i dont want to show my face or voice either becasue i just dont.

sorry i went offtopic, i really need a hobby or somethign also i start consoling next week. if someone has an idea on how to stay on track let me know becasue i think im getting someone with the idea of video creation?

Oh wow, this sounds too much like my own life. I ping pong between a lot of different interests constantly.
The only thing I found that really keeps me focused on one interest is:

If I have a clear goal of what I want to make
If I have hard deadline that I need to keep to

Like for example, making an art project for someone's birthday. But even then it only works if I have a good idea ready on what I want to do. I try to keep notes on ideas that pop in my head, so that when the opportunity is there (and I have the right motivation) I have something ready to work on.

I wish you the best of luck, it's not easy to deal with this kind of thing.
