Naka dalawang team building na ako sa company and I feel like I just don't fit in. Hindi ko lang talaga ramdam. Lalo na pag lumalabas yung pagka bbm nila tapos kanta-kanta pa nung jingle nila naiisip ko, mukhang tanga ampota
Wala na din yung work bestie ko dati kaya wala akong kasama mang judge.
Tapos sinabi 'maaagapan pa ang introvertedness ko' and I just don't have the heart to say di ko lang talaga type makipag hangout sa kanila. Me joining activities is bare minimum, trust me. I do it para di naman ako mukhang masyadong anti-social. Jesus.

Team building is like cult building. Para maging loyal ka sa team, at indirectly sa company.
Ako sumasali just to improve my influence on others kasi weak talaga ako dun.

Its annoying part with companies in general why can't we just work normally. Not sure how common this is in other countries. Even more annoying when its held on saturday and sunday unpaid. Its a chore to be in, fake smiles, fake laughs optional mostly but if you don't join you won't be a team player.
