This will just result in more people crying about subjective fouls - why did that tackle get an orange card but this tackle didn't?.

Adding even more subjectivity into the game for fans to cry about isn't the answer.

Instead of cynical fouls, introduce that for players clasping their heads, lying on the ground in agony. That might reduce the number of players acting out and treatment and assessment can given to those that are actually injured.

They just need to have an "embellishment foul" like there is in the nhl (like this). The general nhl/hockey culture against this type of stuff helps a ton, but having a rule that even if you are fouled, if you embellish at all, you have committed a foul (and having refs that actually enforce the rule) would be amazing in my opinion.
