Sort of. The first people I discovered were a part of it used a friend's wi-fi to, ironically, protect their identity, not factoring in someone else now knows. Then it kicked off from there. Word reached another person who otherwise kept to themselves and we saw them act uncharacteristically friendly to each other, in a way that revealed the same about them. Then, using them as a control group, for others it slowly became more and more clear.
