I don’t think people should be bullying the developers over this shit, but also what a shitty response to the people simply being excited for your game and wanting you to share more of your work and progress with them.
It’s either extremely tone-deaf in today’s super interconnected era, or they are hiding something they’d rather people not see.
I’m going to have to go with the latter, because usually if you’re proud of your work/product, you are eager to show it off to people.
Appreciate the perspective, I didn't realize that.
Feeling a bit foolish but at least I learned something.
Blame the NDA. Yes most devs would definitely love talking more about their work. They just very often don't have that leeway, especially in AAA.
