Apparently the enablement package reintroduces the bug where custom settings are always reset on startup... just letting you guys know this. Use ViveTool if you absolutely need your settings to be kept.

I am using Asus dual rx 580 8gb oc I had a wattman problem in version 23.9.2 but with the 23.11.1 update my wattman problem was fixed 2 weeks have passed there was no problem
