Nah, anyone who buys this kind of tech regularly is used to this kind of thing. You liked it enough to buy it, so just enjoy it without regret and don't worry about what other people have.
The alternative is basically always being pissed off about your consumer electronics purchases, which is an emotionally stunted way to go through life. Which also explains why internet forums are filled with miserable people making such posts.
Not to mention, chances are the stuff you do have still has plenty of mileage left
it's valve,it's linux, that shit gonna still getting updates 10 years from today, from valve, and more 10 years, from the comunity drivers, and more 20 with kernel updates
The beauty of open source, plus valve cares a lot about its reputation
Yup, I've got my original 512 lcd since May last year. I'm going to try to get the special edition. I want that amazing looking case. The old one can go to my gaming daughter.
