"Meanwhile, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has made it clear, both in the House and in writing to LeBlanc that his "demands" are for Trudeau to agree to call an independent inquiry under the Inquiries Act, and then his party would provide a shortlist of names to lead it as well as a proposed mandate and terms of reference."

I wouldn't trust any inquiry led by someone Poilievre gets to choose. He refuses to obtain government clearance, what is he hiding?

Good move by the Prime Minister. Enough with PP and his BS. The guy has been an MP in parliament for 19 years and accomplished ZERO for Canadians. This GOP active measure crap has to come to an end.

Yup. PP did manage to become a multi-millionaire tho, which begs the question how one does that while being paid $157k per year?

Strange no one working for MSM has not yet done a deep dive. Or how how they've failed to explore PPs involvement with the core group who drafted an MOU to siege our Parliament building and end Canadian democracy. David Cochrane mentioned it on day 2 of the Ottawa occupation and since then, nothing.
