Americans pay more for health care than any other people on Earth. The U.S. ranks last among 11 nations in several categories, including access, efficiency, equity and health outcomes. Even worse, adult life expectancy in the U.S. has fallen below that of 56 countries on six continents.

Just throwing out there that my lower back pain (and pretty much all the other achy bullshit) cleared up when I started lifting weights. Obviously I don't know anything about your situation so if that's not an option for you to try I hope you can find another solution.
Seems to make a lot of people sad. And angry. And broke.
