Had a bit too much last night and now I'm on my usual routine of water, ibuprofen, and waiting. Was curious if anyone has a better go to?

My brain always tries to convince me to eat greasy heavy food, but that never seems to help much. For some reason an apple always makes me feel much better. After that it's just headache drugs and time.

Hangover days are biscuits and gravy. The heavy salt and grease make up for a lot of it.

If that fails, I would go to Tylenol and electrolyte drinks.

Chilli fries with lots of mustard. Plenty of water. Haven't had a hangover since discovering the wonders of red bean chilli
