Givin how thin the sourcing is on this (basically just a random anon "Hamas official") the WSJ was reckless in publishing this without stronger confirmation. Fanning the flames right now on such thin foundation is not helping anyone.

The article clearly states that the US has no evidence to support that Iran was involved and Hamas officially stated that they did this on their own. Everyone just wants to find a reason to invade Iran.

As I said elsewhere, Hamas wants a wider conflict.

If Russia wanted to involve NATO, it knows how. Pretty easy. Bomb Poland and the dog is off the chain.

They quote senior Hamas and Hezbollah officials and:

A European official and an adviser to the Syrian government, however, gave the same account of Iran’s involvement in the lead-up to the attack as the senior Hamas and Hezbollah members.

That's not single source

For me it's still thinly sourced. The goal of these terrorists clowns, Hamas and Hezbollah, is to goad into a wider conflict and make this last as long as possible. These articles are just doing the job for them.

Regular PR. Not proof of compliance

[–] bernieecclestoned 3 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Are you seriously saying that Iran doesn't support these terror groups financially?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 1 year ago (1 children)

NO. I'm saying that there is scant evidence that they have direct involment with this attack.

Still no smoking gun. They are enablers for sure.

Just happened to bump into each other in June...

You seem to want to prove something you can't. I don't know why. If you want the conflict to widen, it probably will do so on it's own. Some people just like to see blood I guess, as long as it's not theirs.

You seem to be in denial
