I guess SteamOS looks like Windows 10 then, lol
It's just KDE I think
The desktop panel layout is very similar. The biggest give away is the Steam Deck icon where the Windows Start menu usually sits. Then beside that are Terminal and other Linux specific software.
Nah, SteamOS has functional dark mode
