What can I do to at least dampen the vibrations?

Somebody said use some rubber but I don't know the specifics.

Some Context.

  1. It's installed via two screws and tox/screw anchors

  2. Removing the Aluminum Exhaust Pipe thing removes the sounds/vibrations from the range hood.
