Between Ukraine and Iran, everyone's resolve for nukes will strengthen.

People forget Ukraine had nukes, and gave them up after Russia promised to never invade. Like, over 30 years ago.

Promises are words, but nukes are forever, even if you don't maintain them, your opponents would be crazy to risk it
