I saw in another thread about another community moving that Lemmy.zip has the UK geoblocked as an FYI
Oh yes indeed, however that is mostly an issue for [email protected] because @[email protected] is in the UK and wants be able to mod from a local account.
For [email protected], we have quite a few people in other countries than the UK so that shouldn't be an issue.
And for users, that's not an issue as you can participate to the community from your instance of choice.
Of course hopefully down the line Lemmy 1.0 will allow moderation from non local accounts.
