no lawmakers are here, anyone here is already voting on the same side as you, yeah get your thoughts out but Idk what sort of political change yall think yall make on this platform specifically, its an echo chamber of outrage

Not a bad point...

We're a subculture, which is a socially isolating, defensive posture to take. An offensive posture would be, I guess, to form a counterculture--and go out there to where the people are, so you can reproduce your culture in differently minded people.

But who wants to do that when we've got this cozy wozy place.
