Aye, loads ae runaff awridy in Embra. Hills shuid be fine still though. Daein weights tae? As ah'm approaching forty ah'm seein the need mair mahsel, walkin's nae enuff fer me

Not done weights, no. Would like to have more access to, not sure what to call it, jungle-gym type stuff. Climbing, balance, that sort of stuff.
