Their ruling does the opposite of clearing up the matter. It just invites further questions. Which means further legal cases. That's on top of this ruling being plain cruel.

If lack of peen makes you a woman then there are plenty of conditions that can cause this. By accident or by birth.

It's an infuriating ruling on many levels.

What is the definition of "biological female" in this instance? Chromosomes? Being born with a uterus? Because I have some bad news for them if they think human (or any) biology is that neat and tidy.

Rain had good timing. Less having to jump on wildfires, more time for community fun.

Aye. Usually there's at least been rain overnight. But it's been so dry for so long (for Scotland) now.

Wildfire warning extended again.

... That is somewhat alarming. Pressumably when those controls were installed it was in an area that was supposed to be safe from being irradiated.

Interesting site though... from a good distance.

Got the bug again even with the dynamic range change. Maybe not as often. Sometimes the audio sounds muffled just before it happens.

Am on console, so sadly no delving into the game's installation folder for me.

Current SFRS wildfire warning seems to be in place to the 7th. We'll see if it's extended then. https://www.firescotland.gov.uk/news/extreme-wildfire-warning-issued-across-scotland-this-week/

Try my hand at most things. Probably the most work I've done is hand-drawn illustration. Some of it is on Pixelfed, if you're curious. Mixed in with convention pics :)

Do you do any yourself?

Aye. I've had the bike a while now too. Hoping the replacement can be delayed while I'm getting used to riding again. Just on empty footpaths for now. Never been very confident around any traffic. Wheeled or footed.

Maybe going to take a look at the bike. Chain skipping. Hopefully can do something with it that doesn't immediately require replacement parts.

Work-wise continue efforts to get out of my art-rut and get back to finding more illustration / creative paid work. Should've just been a decorator. Not always so creative but at least the money's okay.

... They built the fences after putting in the saplings (aka delicious deer food). Is that not a little bass ackward?

Atomfall has an audio bug that mutes all game sound. The only way to get sound back is to close and reopen the game.

I'm wondering if it's the Dynamic Range audio setting glitching somehow. High had the bug often occurring. Low not so at all so far. Though it may be coincidence.

Anyone else found something that helps?

Edinburgh Food Project needs a new van.

"Sadly, the foodbank’s big old van is no longer up to the job – it spends more time at the garage than out and about, and it isn’t even LEZ compliant, so there is an urgent need to replace it."

"The Pollok Free State convened around Colin Macleod’s one-man protest in a beech tree. Colin’s message resonated with folk from the surrounding estates in Pollok, Nitshill and Cardonald who objected to their access to the park being cut off for the benefit of affluent car owners in Giffnock and Newton Mearns having quicker access to Glasgow city centre."

"NRS recovered around 3100 items in total, mainly family, estate and business correspondence, that its archivists believe were stolen by one individual, Professor David Macmillan (1925-1987)."

It's always been baffling to me that this is the case. Even if there was a small charge a lot of folk would choose get the vaccine. Rather than risk the disease it prevents.
