A brand new Fairphone with e-OS preinstalled is readily available to them.

Is it though? Can you go to a store and buy a FairPhone? How much marketing do they do to attract people to their website?

I'm in the US, so I legitimately don't know the answer to that. I only heard about it through Reddit (and now Lemmy), and I can't actually order one from FairPhone and have to go through Murena instead (and they only have the FP4). So at least from my perspective, the FairPhone is super niche, but maybe that's not the case in the EU.
