Not if you're an arrogant asshat who thinks they know best and "my team sucks" and imagine that they have some genius ideas they've poorly copied from people who knew what they're were doing.

But if you've any basic game sense at all and respect for other players, yes, you can roll your face on your keyboard and get plat like that and I don't think it's honestly much of an exaggeration.
